PROSUMER a Pontoonon!

Ha van név, amit nem nagyon kell magyarázni annak, aki szereti a jó house zenét, akkor az Prosumer.

De azért nézzük, mit érdemes tudni róla:

~ Achim Brandenburg, a skót származású, Edinburgh-ban élő DJ és producer, aki több mint két évtizede mozog a house zene legizgalmasabb bugyraiban

~ A berlini Panorama Bar egyik meghatározó rezidense volt, és az Ostgut Ton korszakának is fontos szereplője

~ Az a fajta selector, aki pontosan tudja, mikor kell még egy lapáttal rátenni, mikor kell hagyni lélegezni a zenét, és mikor jöhet az a track, amitől egyszerre mindenki ugyanoda néz

~ House a kiindulópont, de nála sosem áll meg egyetlen műfajnál: deep house, garage, disco, techno, electro – ami működik, az működik

PROSUMER at Pontoon.

There are DJs you introduce. And then some DJs really don’t need an introduction.

Prosumer belongs to the second category.

~ Achim Brandenburg, Edinburgh-based DJ and producer, active at the heart of house music for more than two decades

~ Former Panorama Bar resident and an important figure of the Ostgut Ton era

~ A true selector rather than a DJ chasing the obvious moment – patient, playful, groove-driven and always focused on the flow of the night

~ House is the starting point, but never the limit: expect deep house, garage, disco, techno, electro and everything in between

~ His productions have appeared on labels including Ostgut Ton, Playhouse, Running Back and Phantasy

~ In 2013, he delivered Fabric 79 – a mix that still says a lot about his approach to DJing

~ His sets are long-form journeys rather than collections of tracks. The kind where three hours can disappear without you noticing

And now, he is coming to Budapest.
