~ A keddek ezentúl tematikusan a népzenéről szólnak majd egész nyáron; fókuszban a magyar népzene, cigányzene és a balkán régió különböző népzenéi, legyen az tradicionális vagy fúziós formában. A több éve futó Cigánykeddv sorozattal hármas váltásban ez évtől minden kedden táncház-esteken vehettek részt és ethno-világzenei koncerteket fülelhettek majd a Duna partján.

~ A zenekar 2022-ben indult útnak Herédi Zsombor vezetésével és a magyar népzenei szakma tehetséges fiatal muzsikusaival. A zenekar tagjainak együttműködése sokkal korábbra datálható, mint annak létrejötte, ezért egyaránt erős a zenei és a lelki kapcsolódás közöttük. Megjelenésük óta szerves részévé váltak a Kárpát-medence világzenei és népzenei szférájának. 2025-ben elnyerték a Fonó Budai Zeneház “Fonó-felfedezettje” díját. Aktív résztvevői táncházaknak, kluboknak és nyári fesztiváloknak. Életfilozófiájuk az örömzenélés, mulatozás és az ebből egyenesen arányosan fakadó mulattatás, a ritmussal való táncba hívás. Zenéjükben ötvözik a magyar népzenét a balkáni ritmusokkal és az erdélyi cigányzenével, ezáltal létrehozva egy egyedi zenei atmoszférát és ezt meg fűszerezve némi improvizációval. 2025-ben jelent meg második nagy lemezük Titkon címmel. Közös munkáik során olyan neves alkotókkal dolgozhattak együtt, mint a Barcelona Gipsy Klezmer Orchestra, Parno Graszt és a Fitos Dezső Társulat.

In our latest Balkan Blokk series, sounds and rhythms give birth to vivid, pulsating stories right before our eyes. The focus is on ethno, folk, world music, and the culture that surrounds us, which we sometimes spice up with authentic dance parties so we can twirl and spin together amid the bustling waterfront.
Tuesday = FOLK!

~ The band was formed in 2022 under the leadership of Zsombor Herédi, bringing together talented young musicians from the Hungarian folk music scene. The collaboration among the band members dates back much earlier than the band’s official formation, which is why the bond between them is strong both musically and emotionally. Since their debut, they have become an integral part of the world music and folk music scene in the Carpathian Basin. In 2025, they won the “Fonó Discovery” award from the Fonó Budai Zeneház. They are active participants in dance houses, clubs, and summer festivals. Their philosophy of life revolves around playing music for joy, having a good time, and the entertainment that naturally flows from this—inviting people to dance to the rhythm. Their music blends Hungarian folk music with Balkan rhythms and Transylvanian Gypsy music, creating a unique musical atmosphere and spicing it up with a touch of improvisation. In 2025, they released their second full-length album, titled *Titkon*. Throughout their collaborative projects, they have had the opportunity to work with such renowned artists as the Barcelona Gipsy Klezmer Orchestra, Parno Graszt, and the Dezső Fitos Company.
