The TRIBE series is moving outdoors for the summer season, landing on the Danube riverbank at Pontoon Budapest, where each month we’ll showcase some of the finest artists from the local afrobeat scene (and its wider musical orbit).

Saïd Chalaban masterfully blends the mystical atmosphere of ancient Arab and African music with the world of modern Western psychedelia. It’s not the first time they’ve transformed the banks of the Danube into a desert oasis—and we’re expecting nothing less this time.
Ancient gnawa, shaâbi, and Hassani melodies meet funk, dub, and jazz grooves, creating a completely unique and immersive sonic experience.

After the concert, Infragandhi will dig deep into his record bag and bring out his legendary Arabic vinyl collection. Those who were there last year already know exactly what to expect.
